Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all business relationships between CULTeum Kulturclub e.V. and the customer.

2. Contract Formation

The contract is concluded when the customer accepts the offer. Acceptance can be made in writing, by email, or through implied actions.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euros and include statutory VAT. Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed date. For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

5. Liability

Liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded, unless they affect essential contractual obligations.

6. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of CULTeum Kulturclub e.V..
